This is a mentoring program for at risk youth, that pairs youth with adult mentors in order to assist the youth in becoming productive citizens. Mentors meet with youth one on one guiding them in the right direction
The Youth Serve program focuses primarily on youth who are of middle and early high school age. This age group is particularly problematic and a perfect time for mentoring to be effective. At-risk young people have lost faith in the possibilities that await them if they are successful in putting their lives together. Youth Serve is here to restore that hope.

OUR
MISSION
Youth Haven Ministries exists to defy systems that exclude. We serve all people—without judgment, conditions, or compromise. We provide unconditional support through community driven outreach, prevention, intervention, education, support, leadership, and spiritual care—offering help, alongside hope to everyone, following the example of Jesus Christ.

To create a haven where every person is loved, accepted, and valued. We envision a holistic refuge for learning, growth, healing, and recovery—meeting people's social, emotional, and spiritual needs so that they can reach their full potential. Our comprehensive, inclusive programs aim to leave no one behind, continuously expanding our reach and deepening our impact. Everyone is invited to find rest, hope, and restoration through compassionate service inspired by the love of Christ.

By obeying Jesus Great Commandment we live out His Great Commission through unconditional service, showing the gospel through our actions
Why Youth Haven Exists
No one should fall through the cracks.
Youth Haven Ministries serves all people as God’s children—with unconditional help and hope. We defy systems that gatekeep aid, reject eligibility games, and refuse to tie support to conformity. Our seven domains of care—Outreach, Prevention, Intervention, Education, Support, Leadership, and Spiritual Care—ensure that every youth and every person finds a pathway to thrive
🔥 What Makes Us Different
• No bait-and-switch – Help isn’t tied to sermons, studies, agreement with us, or preferred behaviors
• No eligibility games – Every domain offers a pathway for someone. No Barriers. If you cant be a part of one program, there is another to support you.
• No judgment – All are welcome as God’s children.
• No compromise – We share Jesus’ hope when asked.
• No one left behind – Our actions preach His love.

Our Story
Our founder, Tony, saw kids abandoned by systems—denied help for not meeting “eligibility” or kicked out to boost program stats. Churches offered aid but demanded conformity, baiting kids with fun events only to push sermons. Both failed to love unconditionally, opposite of Jesus. Heartbroken, Tony launched Youth Haven Ministries to serve all, no strings attached. Starting with community events, we opened a Tampa Bay Teen Center in 2019, growing from two teens to 60+ regulars, earning front-page news. COVID and personal tragedy paused us, but we’re back—stronger, unapologetic, and ready to serve.
🚫 What We Reject
We reject systems that dehumanize.
Government programs often come with criteria that exclude the very people who need help most—or restrict our ability to speak truthfully about a loving God who offers purpose, acceptance, and hope through Jesus. We will not compromise the message of grace for funding or approval.
We reject conditional ministry.
Churches sometimes offer aid with strings attached—using fun events to bait youth into sermons, caring more about conversion than compassion. We say no to both.
We reject any model that treats people as projects.
We don’t believe in transactional ministry. We don’t believe in conditional care. We don’t believe in using Jesus as leverage.
We follow Jesus’ example.
He didn’t bait. He didn’t switch. He didn’t manipulate. He healed, fed, welcomed, and loved—first. That’s our model. That’s our mission

WHAT WE ARE, AND ARE NOT
Christianity is a way of life, NOT a Religion. Discipleship is an investment in people, NOT a class. Church is a family of believers NOT a building. The Bible is a guidebook for health, NOT a weapon to attack. Jesus came to Save you NOT to JUDGE you. We are here to serve you, NOT hurt you.
